Camille has been teaching yoga since 2002, holding a Teaching Diploma. She is a member of the Yoga Teachers Association Australia. She completed 300 teacher training hours with Peter Scott and continues to undertake further training with Peter as well as Sue Scott, Pixie Lillas and Glen Ceresoli. ‘Yoga has given me a stability and consistency that I can refer to daily. I can better manage my tension-levels, and read the signs when I might fall back into unhelpful emotional patterns and attitudes. I try to grow with my yoga.’ She first began in movement arts in 1989 with the Korean martial art of Hap Ki Do at age 19, training intensively for 10 years to reach 2nd dan level. She taught Hap Ki Do in Brisbane from 1995. She shifted the focus from the strong martial style towards Chi Gung and Yoga practices. In 2005 she had a son, Pierro. ‘Naturally practice focus had to shift to accommodate my new friend! Less time on the mat and cushion, more time practicing patience, selfless service and rejoicing in the abundance of loving kindness and compassion! Happily, daily practice on the mat has been restored for the past couple of years and how much more I appreciate it now!’ She has been a practicing Buddhist in the Tibetan tradition since 2002. ‘I find the mind science of Buddhism very practical in my day to day life. It provides a structure that I can work with when I find myself going off-track’. In addition to a dedicated parenting role and teaching yoga, Camille co-ordinates events in the form of film fundraisers at Langri Tangpa Centre. She also is in business as bookkeeper with her tree worker partner, Teja. She currently teaches 2 classes a week at Yoga On Parker, which include a beginners course, and an open class. She also offers yoga intensives and workshops and hosts Peter Scott Iyengar Yoga workshops. Camille imbues her classes with warm-heartedness. She encourages students to work within their present capacity only challenging themselves into stronger work once the foundations are stable. Students are entreated to move deeply inward to find alignment that includes physical, mental and emotional balance, learning to connect with and direct the energies within. Yoga is a lifelong calling for Malcolm White (Mal). He currently teaches three classes each week at YOP, an early morning ‘General’ class on Tuesday, a mid morning Iyengar level 1 and 2 on Wednesday and an evening ‘General’ class on Thursday. His classes offer a range of options to suit students of all levels of experience. Based on the teaching of BKS Iyengar, each class is designed to activate the body's muscles, tone the organs and relieve the stress and strain of everyday life. Iyengar classes incorporate the use of props to allow students of all ages and degrees of flexibility to access correct body alignment when practicing the yoga asanas (poses). Mal has been practicing Iyengar yoga for over 9 years. He is a member of the Iyengar Yoga Association of Australia and has been teaching yoga in theBrisbane area for over 3 years. Mal is still in the early stages of a progression that may take decades to fulfil. His intention is to continue to develop and improve as a practitioner and teacher for both his own well-being and to better educate his students. As with all teachers in the Iyengar Yoga system, Mal is currently in training under a Senior Intermediate level teacher, Maurizio (Simon) Marrocco, who receives direct training from the yoga master BKS Iyengar and the Iyengar family each year. Maurizio’s understanding of Iyengar yoga is current and faithful to the teaching of BKS Iyengar. Mal holds a Level 1 certification from the BKS Iyengar Association of Australia and is currently preparing for the next level assessment. Another love of Mal’s life is massage. He is also a Zen Thai Shiatsu Massage therapist, a Wat Pho Thai Massage practitioner and a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION PLEASE CALL MAL ON: 0427 112 800 |

An anatomist and scientist by academic training, she has taught Yoga since 1988. Her ongoing signature inquiry and that which she ignites in her students, is of the body as felt, known, poetic space; the Embodied Ecology of our interior terrain. Her teaching is infused with a rich experiential anatomy. Narelle is formally trained in the Iyengar method of yoga with Alan Goode with whom she Teacher Trained and Apprenticed from 2001-2009. Alan Goode was her Teacher since 1993. Her current teacher is senior Iyengar teacher, Genny Kapuler in Manhattan. Inhabiting a scoliotic landscape, Narelle’s work is oriented towards and offers deep insight into practising Yoga within scoliosis and with backcare issues. Narelle has studied with and now assists Elise Miller in the US. She regularly guest presents at Yoga Union Center for Backcare and Scoliosis in New York City. Narelle has assisted, and taught Spinal and sacroiliac Anatomy and Pathology for Donna Farhi within her Teacher Training and Intensives. Narelle is renowned for her radiant Powerpoint presentations and deep, yet playful teachings on Spinal Anatomy; the complex illuminated! She has presented her scholarly and movement research in Yoga and scoliosis at many international conferences, most recently, at the World Congress for Low Back and Pelvic pain in Los Angeles, November 2010. For seven years Narelle served as senior tutor and lecturer in anatomy, histology and physiology at the Queensland University of Technology and The Endeavour College of Natural Health respectively.
